Conscious Sensuality is a path to greater awareness using sensory phenomena.

When we can more accurately express what we are sensing, feeling and thinking, the quality of our relationships increases dramatically.

In this workshop, you will experience the distinction between intimacy, sexuality, and sensuality, as well as how to increase connection, trust and love. You will experience honouring your boundaries while expanding yourgrowth edges, and moving beyond your default patterns into authentic desire. 

You will learn:

* The S.E.T. (Sensation, Emotion, Thought) Approach to Conscious Sensuality

* The 4 Aspects of Conscious Touch and how to ask for what you want

* The 3 Goal Communication Approach

* How Communities can support healthy relationships

* Touch techniques that increase connection, emotional awareness and pleasure

NOTE: This is a powerful experience which will likely be challenging for some and bring up emotional material. The purpose is to provide skills to expand our range of emotion, not to push anyone beyond their boundaries.
